TallymadeGet the app

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 15 October 2026

Who we are

Tallymade is made by Prime Quantum Studios, an independent developer based in the United Kingdom. For the purposes of UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) we are the controller of the limited personal data described below. Contact: primequantumstudios@gmail.com.

The short version

Data stored on your device

Everything you enter (supplies, recipes, prices, fee settings, hourly rate) is saved in the app's local storage on your phone. We do not receive it and cannot see it. Deleting the app deletes this data unless you have exported a backup.

Backups and exports

When you choose "Export backup" or export a price list, the app creates a file and opens your device's share sheet. Where that file goes (Files, email, cloud storage) is your choice and is governed by that service's terms. We never receive these files.

Purchases

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we never see your payment details. To confirm whether you have an active subscription, the app uses RevenueCat, Inc. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-specific user identifier generated on your device, along with purchase and subscription information from the store (such as product, price, currency, purchase dates and renewal status) and basic device/app information needed to process it. We use this only to unlock Pro features and to see aggregate subscription numbers. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Legal basis: performance of the contract you enter into when you subscribe.

This website

tallymade.app sets no cookies and uses no analytics, ads or third-party fonts; the price calculator runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing to us. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, and GitHub logs visitors' IP addresses for security purposes (see GitHub's note on data collection).

Emails you send us

If you email us for support or feedback, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply and improve the app. We keep support emails for up to 24 months, then delete them. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you.

Children

Tallymade is a business tool and is not directed at children.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you (in practice, support emails and RevenueCat purchase records linked to your anonymous ID), and you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Contact primequantumstudios@gmail.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, mention it in the app's release notes.
