TallymadeTerms of Use

These terms apply to the Tallymade app, provided by Prime Quantum Studios. If you downloaded Tallymade from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; if from Google Play, Google Play's terms apply.
A calculator, not advice
Tallymade performs pricing calculations from the numbers you enter. Built-in fee presets come from the providers' published information on the date shown in the app and may be out of date or differ for your account. Results are estimates. Tallymade is not tax, legal, financial or accounting advice; check fees against your own statements and take professional advice where needed. You are responsible for the prices you set.
Your data
Your data is stored on your device. Keep your own backups using the export feature; we cannot recover data that was never exported. See the Privacy Policy.
Tallymade Pro subscriptions
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly at the price shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profit or business arising from use of the calculations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
